Buyers decide fast, often within the first minutes of a showing — and increasingly in front of the listing photos, before they have come through the door at all. Staging works on both of those moments.
The work starts with taking things away: surplus furniture, personal objects, anything that tells your story rather than the property’s. Only then do we add — a lamp, a rug, a few pieces — to give each room back its scale and its atmosphere.
According to the National Association of Realtors, 77% of brokers say a staged home makes it easier for buyers to see the property as their own. That is precisely the point, and it is what shortens time on the market.
